Fidelis Oghenede
Co-Founding CTO, House of Eko Brands
Fidelis Oghenede is a Co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of House of Eko Brands, and a Web Developer, Writer, and Visual Designer with a distinguished portfolio spanning the media and technology sectors. His work covers Web and Software Development, Brand and Visual Identity, Digital Content Creation, and LIVE Event Technology. He holds a BSc in Psychology, and that grounding shapes how he builds and designs digital solutions around how people think, feel, and behave, so the result is not just functional but intuitive and engaging.
With 8 years of experience, Fidelis has built websites and digital solutions for organisations across Oil and Gas, Electricity Distribution, Fashion, Logistics, Technology, and social work, serving clients in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom. His client list includes BRADE Consulting, Corletta Energies, Welbeck Electricity Distribution Limited, Zashadu Studios, and YIBA TechUp, among others.
Among his notable projects is the digital platform for OBA TEJ Enterprise, a pan African hearing healthcare company based in Lagos and a strategic partner of the Obasanjo Foundation. The platform presents the company’s hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and aftercare services to patients and the medical professionals it serves, with tiered loyalty plans, client testimonials, and a free consultation enquiry built into the experience. He has also served as Lead Developer for the National Association of Psychology Students, building the technology that supported a national community of students and practitioners.
Fidelis has worked as an IT Support Specialist for live media productions, serving on technical and media teams for high profile concerts and public events, including The Outpouring by Dunsin Oyekan, the African Women Impact Summit, and the first edition of the African Writers Conference, held in Abuja in 2018, where seamless execution leaves no room for error. His experience extends to ecclesiastical media, where he has supported the media teams of the Holy Cross Cathedral, Lagos, and the Catholic Church of the Divine Mercy, Lekki, working in conjunction with production teams from SuperSport and Lumen Christi TV. In these roles he has helped cover landmark occasions such as the Chrism Mass and the Thanksgiving Mass marking the 50th Anniversary of the Pan African Episcopal Committee for Social Communications (CEPACS), attended by Catholic Bishops from across Nigeria and Africa, and dignitaries including the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
A poet at heart, Fidelis is the author of Poetic Whispers, a book that reflects his gift for turning everyday emotion into language that stays with the reader. He is a member of the Warri Literary Society, and his poems have appeared in the society’s anthology. His work has also been featured in Writers Space Africa Magazine, the international literary publication that brings the voices of African writers to a global audience. He is passionate about using technology, design, and the written word to drive impact, growth, and inclusion.
